It has been an incredible journey to the annual TOTC which took place in NoLa, the birthplace of many International know cocktails 🍹 Followed by a quick stop to New York City, another iconic location for the global bartender community, the quintessential speakeasy bar scene, with a terrific guest shift at MACE in Greenwich Village Casa Lotos Sotol, one of the brands we are advocating for, has been the main star ⭐️ of these events and it was a great honour to share the journey of this unique Mexican spirit with the agave enthusiasts ... surprising them that Sotol is, in fact, not made form agave but from Dasylirion, a plant that grows wild in Northern Mexico and that Sotol is actually an ancestor spirit whose production dates back 900 years ago.
