A Toast to French Film Heritage: The Inspiration Behind Fouquet’s Dubai's New Cocktail Menu

By Bee Leaf Bar Consultancy

For Fouquet’s Dubai, we didn’t just craft a new cocktail menu—we set out to create a vibrant, unforgettable experience. The goal? To honour the rich heritage of Fouquet’s while infusing it with a little playful twist, making sure our cocktails are as accessible as they are elegant. No stuffiness here—just pure, unadulterated enjoyment.

When we dream up a new menu, it’s all about the guest feeling like the star of the show. We want everyone to feel good, confident, and ready to celebrate their choices. That’s why our cocktails effortlessly blend timeless classics with creative, fun twists. Picture this: a funky take on the Espresso Martini, where you’ll find the decadence of Fouquet’s chocolate macaroons in every sip, a refreshing twist on the Paloma starring juicy Coeur de Boeuf tomatoes, or a French Martini given a fruity flair with luscious pear. And for something truly special? Our Calvados Highball, which transports you straight into the warm, caramelised world of Tarte-Tatin. There’s something for every palate, and we promise it’s all served with a side of elegance.

But here’s where the magic really happens: we’re all about storytelling. We believe that every drink should be an adventure—a journey that takes you to new places with every sip. Drawing inspiration from the cinematic legacy of Fouquet’s Paris on the Champs-Élysées, we’ve turned each cocktail into its own movie star, complete with playful, film-inspired names that set the scene for an unforgettable experience.

Each sip is like a scene from a film, with the story unfolding as you go. It’s not just about drinking—it’s about stepping into a world of imagination and flavour. So grab your glass, take a sip, and let us transport you to a place where every cocktail is its own story. Cheers to taste, adventure, and a little bit of Hollywood flair!
